When you are jealous, breathing can be a very effective and powerful tool to get rid of jealousy. Breathing helps your body to be relax, and when your body is totally relaxed, you will be free from jealousy.

• Learn how breathing can deal with your jealousy when you are jealous

When you listen to this audio exercise, it is best that you are in calm and relaxed state. You should sit on a comfortable chair or couch and have your eyes closed.
If you feel it was difficult to complete the audio exercise or had trouble experiencing or listening to it, try to complete the exercise again and do it at a time when you are relaxed and alone.
