Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is one of the most widely used tools for overcoming jealousy. Therefore, it is important that you learn to use this tool.
We have chosen to divide CBT into five modules.
• In the first module, we deal with the tracking of one's jealousy. How do you experience jealousy?
• In the second module, we will test whether your jealous thoughts are real or not.
• In the third module, we examine the patterns of your jealous thoughts. You will find out that your jealous thoughts very often follow the same patterns.
• In module 4th and 5th we will go deeper into your jealous thoughts and find the basic assumptions behind them.
