4. CBT Tracking
The first module in the CBT is tracking.
What is CBT Tracking?
CBT tracking is about tracking information about your jealousy. When you begin to track your jealousy, you will get information about the situations which trigger your jealousy. Which feelings and thoughts you have in these situations and how you behave. Such information gives you the basic knowledge about your jealousy.
In the next few pages you will be guided through CBT tracking and learn how to use it. But first, you have to describe a situation in which you become jealous.
Help & Information
You can compare the tracking with a patient who will examine his or her symptoms and how strong those symptoms are. When he or she knows his or her symptoms, it's a lot easier and faster for him or her to be cured.
