In this step, you´ll learn about the psychological tool, C.B.T.
For many years, C.B.T. has been used in jealousy treatment and has been proven to be very effective.
At the end of this step, you can listen to the audio file that teaches you how to master your breathing. You may be surprised, but breathing is a very powerful tool to control your emotions when you are feeling jealous.
