Welcome to Step 4 .
In this step, you will learn to accurately judge whether your jealous thoughts are realistic or not. If they are jealous, irrational thoughts, then you have to replace them with realistic thoughts.
At the end of this step, you can relax and listen to the audio file called “I Love Me”. When you love yourself, you will be more confident and will have more energy to fight your jealousy.
