Welcome to Step 6.
In this step, you will be introduced to 4 categories of tools.
The first tool is C.B.T., which has already been introduced in Steps 3 and 4.
The second category is dialogue, which is used when you need to speak with someone about your jealousy.
The third category is composed of relaxing tools. These relaxing tools can help you relax your body and let go of your jealousy in a healthy way.
The last category is made up of activities that give you the energy and strength to overcome your jealousy.
At the end of this step, you can listen to the audio file “Forgive”.
Letting go of past problems will set you free; eliminating blame that has been placed on yourself and others is a marvelous feeling.
